ACIAR's Corporate Plan 2001-2006 outlines the challenges for the Centre in regard to its operating environment. The implications of these challenges and the critical success factors in addressing these are spelt out along with linkages to strategies to meet these challenges. Each year in the Annual Report ACIAR reports against these strategies, in the context of achievements outlined in the Centre's operational planning for that year.
