Developed as a response to the changes of the strategic environment and organisation with the formation of the Center for the Assessment and Development of Agricultural Technology (BBP2TP). Along with its main duties and roles, these Strategic Plans for 2005-2009 have been formulated in reference to the Strategic Plans of the Agricultural Research and Development Agency of 2005-2009.
