    Project Background and Objectives

    Using existing basic research in the fields of organisational analysis, management of change and the diffusion/adoption of innovative practices, and in impact evaluation, develop individual performance and impact evaluation frameworks and mechanisms, in close consultation with, and for use by national (NARS/NARIs) and international (ISNAR and other CG Centres) agricultural research systems. These will be used to effectively and reliably measure organisational performance in the context of an organisations motivation and capacity to service its mission.
