The first edition of this practical guide was compiled by the Forages for Smallholders Project and the Lao Department of Livestock and Fisheries, with the assistance of many researchers and field workers throughout Southeast Asia. This second edition, with illustrations, has been published with small changes so the techniques suggested are relevant to African countries.
