(Available electronically only) These proceedings present the contributions made at the International Conference on Postharvest Handling of Tropical Fruits held in Chiang Mai, Thailand in July 1993. Issues for consideration included the review of key technical information on postharvest handling of tropical fruits, defining problems with successful handling, transportation and marketing of tropical fruits both for export and domestic markets.
