Forages for the Red Soils Area of China

Summary

This working paper covers the proceedings of an international workshop held in Jianyang, Fujian Province, Peoples Republic of China on the 6-9 October 1997. Research has shown that there are productive forage species for a range of situations in the red soils regions of Hunan and Fujian. The research has demonstrated the effectiveness of a range of forages in reducing soil erosion.
