Legal services expenditure

Paragraph 11.1(ba) of the Legal Services Directions 2017 requires that, by 30 October each year, entities make publicly available records of the legal services expenditure for the previous financial year.

ACIAR’s total external legal expenditure for 2021-22 was as follows:

  • Australian Government Solicitors - $251,177
  • Clayton Utz Lawyers - $9401
  • Francis Abourizk Lightowlers - $257,989
  • Total External - $518,567
