Overview

This project was designed to provide preliminary information about the cultural, social, political and economic context of livestock disease in Indonesia, and to determine the likely effect on the transfer to Indonesian institutions of diagnostic technologies and control techniques. This information may be used as the basis for further studies that would provide more detailed information not only on diseases of livestock, but more importantly on their socioeconomic impact. .
