Overview
This project aimed to define a shared definition and vision of the Regional Research Agenda (RRA) concept and its expected outputs and develop the framework and processes that will deliver those expected outputs in the medium term.
There is currently no regional process for coordinating and collaborating research on agriculture and forestry that is owned and managed by the Pacific. However, the major issues and opportunities of agriculture and forestry facing Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICT) are increasingly common across many nations, making regional research collaboration also increasingly essential.
