Gender Workshop at ACIAR

Wednesday 31 May ACIAR brought together a select group of Australia’s leading thinkers in the area of gender theory and international agricultural development.
The workshop took stock of the latest thinking and advances in gender theory and practice with the aim of exploring opportunities for the empowerment of women and girls, advancing gender research, and promoting gender equity in the context of agriculture research for development.
As an outcome of the workshop a number of resources will be developed and shared over the coming months.Gender in R4D
