Overview
The ACIAR Corporate Plan for 2023–24 outlines how ACIAR will deliver on its strategic objectives. This plan acknowledeges the changing environment in which we operate and describes the key activities and capabilities required to work towards our purpose. It will guide our ongoing functions of building the partnerships, knowledge and capacity required to achieve more productive and sustainable agricultural systems in the Indo-Pacific region.
Our performance is measured against achievements within 3 keys areas of work, which all have the common goal of engaging with partners to achieve our purpose. These areas are:
- global research collaborations
- bilateral and regional research projects
- scientific and policy capacity-building activities.
ACIAR research projects, programs and partnerships will be developed in alignment with the 6 strategic objectives set out in our ACIAR 10-Year Strategy 2018–2027.
The plan has been prepared as required under paragraph 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) and in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014.
