Overview
This supplement was published in 1987 by Inkata Press, from material collected under ACIAR's South Pacific program and has arisen in response to requests for data on additional pests, and the six pests documented were chosen following recommendations made at Plant Protection meetings held in Apia in 1986 and Noumea in 1987. Dossiers in the supplement follow closely the format adopted in Biological Control: Pacific Prospects, whereby each pest is discussed in relation to biological and ecological information pertinent to successful biological control. The information presented emphasises the south-west Pacific region and discussion is intended to have relevance to that region's traditional and other agriculturists.
