ACIAR is seeking 2 dynamic and experienced Research Directors to join their team in Canberra, ACT. These roles will report to the General Manager Research and will be responsible for leading teams of Research Program Managers and administrative staff. The Research Directors will oversee the design, delivery and monitoring of ACIAR research investments, ensuring alignment with the ACIAR Strategic Plan and Australia's International Development Policy. They will also engage with the Australian and regional agricultural innovation ecosystem, maintain effective working relationships across ACIAR, and lead by example in implementing policies and procedures.

Salary: $183,548 – $206,120 plus 15.4% superannuation
